All of the staff were very helpful and kind. The room serves is very fast and the gym was never too crowded. Good location as well. The train and subway are very close by and the shuttle service is very quick and complementary. The room has a great view of the city as well.

Hostel staff guy named nine really helped us and made sure our tour was proper nine made sure we get taxi and our journey was simple he took us to the destination with minimum affordable rate and even bought rain covers for us and in the morning arranged taxi in morning too

Very good experience here, the concierge Boy was very helpfull and Staff here is really friendly and Nine (the driver is Very Helpfull. Rooms here are also pretty great and service is nice too. Great personality of the staff and very genuine.

Hotel very good, all staff helpful and friendly especially reception on the 8th floor. Swimming pool on 10th floor view is incredible it was very nice. I stay there 2 night it easy to go on Sukhumvit area. If you go by motorbike taxi just only 10 minutes you can arrive at Sukhumvit

The hotel has a great environment with a wide view of the pool and very friendly service. I bought something on the Internet, but I did not receive the express. The service worker BOY was very anxious to help me get in touch with the express company. Finally, I was very lucky to find my online shopping items. He deserves five stars
